IndiGo — Vietnam Market Entry & Full GSA Setup
HG Aviation established IndiGo’s complete commercial presence in Vietnam, from regulatory registration to day-to-day market execution.
IndiGo operates from its main base at Bengaluru / Delhi, India. HG Aviation acts as the airline’s General Sales Agent in Vietnam, running passenger sales, distribution, marketing and trade engagement on its behalf. Our team handles the day-to-day commercial relationship with Vietnamese travel agencies, tour operators and corporate accounts, and reports performance directly to IndiGo.
IndiGo needed to enter the Vietnamese market quickly and compliantly, without the cost and lead time of building a local office from scratch.
HG Aviation set up Passenger Sales, Cargo Sales and Airport Operations end-to-end — handling regulatory registration, local distribution and the day-to-day commercial running of the market.
Three core business functions went live under a single GSA partner, giving IndiGo an immediate, fully-operational presence across the Vietnamese travel trade.
