Drive air cargo revenue for the airlines HG Aviation represents in Vietnam. You will own a portfolio of freight forwarders and shippers, quote and secure capacity, and work with our principals to keep loads and yields on target.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of freight forwarders, consolidators and direct shippers
Quote rates, book capacity and follow shipments through to uplift
Report weekly on tonnage, yield and load factor against targets agreed with the principal airline
Monitor competitor pricing and capacity, and feed market intelligence back to the airline
Coordinate with airport handling agents on acceptance, build-up and irregularities
Requirements
2+ years in air cargo sales, freight forwarding or an airline commercial role
Working knowledge of air waybills, IATA rate structures and dangerous goods basics
Confident written and spoken English; Vietnamese fluency
Comfortable with CRM and cargo reservation systems
Willing to travel within Vietnam for customer visits
