Thai Smile Airways operates from its main base at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK), Thailand. HG Aviation acts as the airline’s General Sales Agent in Vietnam, running passenger sales, distribution, marketing and trade engagement on its behalf. Our team handles the day-to-day commercial relationship with Vietnamese travel agencies, tour operators and corporate accounts, and reports performance directly to Thai Smile Airways.
Thai Smile Airways (WE) is a full-service carrier under THAI Airways International, focused on short- and medium-haul routes across Asia with an emphasis on service, quality, safety and punctuality. Passengers can earn Royal Orchid Plus miles.
Operating a fleet of 20 narrow-body Airbus A320 aircraft from its main hub at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK), Thai Smile serves 41 destinations across 15 countries in Asia, in two cabins — Smile Plus (premium economy) and Smile Class (economy).
HG Aviation served as GSA for Thai Smile Airways in Vietnam, handling passenger sales, distribution and travel trade engagement from its Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices, before the carrier was consolidated back into Thai Airways.
